I only look at H1 charts when trading as my MTF Fractal support/resistance indicator gives me enough of an idea about higher timeframes. Also, I added the Damiani volatmeter indicator keeping me out of "fakeouts", and it seems to work best on H1.

Imo THV is one of the best systems that allow you to adapt it to your trading style. Some trade it on M15, others like me on H1+. It's a fairly flexible system too, so if you use it correctly ranging markets won't kill you.
