Nobody will sell a profitable EA, why should they? Your best bet is to start learning how such things work and doing it yourself, there is no free lunch I'm afraid. The MQL site has tons of good information and tutorials.

I change my strategy when the current one stops working, I define 'not working' as statistically doing no better than random.
