      i know what you mean, I was following the Invictus thread as well, from day 1 I noticed there was something strange about it, still has some positives but you need a further filter to the system... which is not lunch breaks or floating pivots...

      I think that if so many people are still left with questions and doubts is only normal, telling them to go and read the pdf on the first page is not very helpfull simply because the pdf for some might be clear, for some other ones including myself ...
