has the 4hr strength indicator turned bullish yet? or do we look for a cross over 50 first?

there seems to be a very clear relationship between gbp/jpy and the dow jones index. it seems to be both on smaller and larger time frames. can anyone explain why this is the case? Why are the two related?

so basically the optimal situation would be that the 1hr strength comes back to 50 and bounces back, or crosses above then comes back down. But its possible that wont happen, so this is why you are integrating the smaller time frames to figure out ...
