Currently short-term (below H4) is quite confusing to me, but commodities especially for oil & gold is bullish on daily..

that was made in nov-2016, here is current usd weekly.. image ADDED: it is possible for usd go back up to the upper-TL of triangle (red) but the gap made on weekly make it less probable to me..

What Asian doing on EU now, seem trying to buy lower around 1.088-1.090 ... maybe they can maybe they can't
