Your image shows the signal bars giving the correct colored bars as the MACD shows a cross down above the zero. Make sure you have downloaded the most recent version because earlier versions stopped working after one of the MT5 updates.

Have you checked the MACD settings? Signal Bars uses 8/17/9 not the standard 12/26/9.
