what you illustrate is not pat of the rules. you are aiming for 5 pips, so such support / resistance areas should not matter, apart from when BRN'S are close by.

in my charts the setup came up on the 2nd 1hr candle, and not a continuation of the first candle...if you check you will see it was at the start of the 2nd hour. unless of course different charts are showing different things..
