AlistairC Have you tried using your method on indices such as the Dow or Nasdaq or maybe the Dax? It's just that they tend to trend better than FX, plus by their very nature, they have an overall long bias on the higher time-frames

Hi AlistairC Thanks for starting this thread, it's quite similar to how I trade, but what time-frame are you using? On your first chart I see it's H4 but can't make it out on the second. Do you use H4 all the time?

Don't try and second guess the market, central banks have their own agenda especially the Swiss National Bank. Just trade what you see. I gave up years ago trying to work out why things move when they do, and at the end of the day does it matter?
