      it all comes down to your rules and what works for you, how you draw your zones, what you see as bos, if you chose to take a shallow tested zone or a deep tested zone etc... if you see an edge in the way you trade.

      both OBs are correct... the one below has been tested before that move up... not a fresh area to be looking for trades as there is a high probability that the unfilled orders sitting there might have been used up....

      looks like you only consider the body for your structure.... i consider the wick... so the structure was not broken from my point of view and the reason i didn't consider the h1 liquidity as a bos was cos the level was created during asian session ...

      this is where starting your analysis from higher timeframe is key... seeing the liquidity sweep on h1 and bos on h1, this makes the h1 OB a strong one. price tapped it and moved higher and broke the m15 structure...
