Jason, I experienced all the issues on demo and on real as well, so it's clear that FXCM is after retail traders money. My bad experience with FXCM is mirrored on several Forex threads, so I doubt big clients will put up with such a lousy broker.

I've seen three times a 2600 pips spike....yes 2600 pips!. I sent the screenshots to support and they didn't even bothered to reply. Now I understand why experienced traders avoid FXCM like a plague. I also learned the lesson.
