Price always retraces to 5sma, on any TF and that can be used for entry, especially on 1h/4h/daily. When I say crossing, I mean QQE crossing the dotted line downwards/upwards.

I do look at 15m for retracements or rallies to sell into when 4h/daily trend is down and vice versa when the trend is bullish.

Price remains below 4h gann and 1h gann, bearish. We have to wait and see if todays candle closes below daily gann (129), if yes then we could see some real tanking.. btw price is back below daily 50ema as well.
