I've never seen this problem. I'm guessing you have multiple Trix indicators installed Right Click on the chart select INDICATORS LIST Scroll up and down and see how many you have installed Highlight the one you don't want and click delete.

Looking at your chart I can see that you have too many trix indicators installed Only keep 1 of them, The one you've just installed is squashed at the bottom of your chart. btw, even version 1.0 should have the info you want

At the bottom of your MT4 chart ( inside the terminal window) there is a Mailbox tab. Look inside the mailbox They would have emailed you the password. The email title would be "registration" or something similar.
