small little win to help soothe my soul ... lol. break of an IB w/ the trend (5 min & longer term) ... jumped out when price shot down to 1:1 risk instead of trailing SL to b/e. another rules violation, but i thought that i needed a win.

entered a limit order for a b/o trade off a support level at 2512 for a quick profit to 2500 b/f retiring for the evening ... 1.1% gain from that. 1st trade of the day was a little SG trade from 2580-ish (got in a little late at 2584) to 2593 ... ...

getting tired and sloppy. bailed at 10+ pips (or 1% gain). price has since shot up to 2670 which would have allowed me to move S/L to b/e ... not that 1% is that shabby, but im gunning for 2990 for godsakes!!

jumped into another s/r trade (2545 area) at 2560. price ran up to 2570. trailed stop to 2550 (1/2 risk). looking for 2580 to move stop to b/e. could have played this as a TL break/with-the-trend trade too, but dont want t/b juggling 2 trades.
