Pat took the GJ short and trade still running already over 1:6 RR will update once I close the trade. It has now invalidated the previous higher low and looks bearish.

Hey Pat you are right. The position you took is right as it was classic break and retest setup. I am still waiting to taking the short if H1 and H4 resistance holds for a short term trade. if the resistance does not hold its a confirmed up trend.
