habeeb replied Sep 27, 2005Kermut, that was not a perfect DBLHC. There was a 5 pip difference in the lows, which I would think, is too much. My data feed is also GMT +2. Price action/pattern is not affected.

habeeb replied Sep 27, 2005Looks like the bottom trendline has been good support to alot of Pin Bar setups. Let's hope it continues. My only worry about the current one forming, is the 38 Fibo. It has been a good resistance. image

habeeb replied Sep 26, 2005That was a very good one PipMonster. Don't know whether this is one of those "A trades" that Jim talks about though. The Pin Bar came off of a 61.8 fibo, a MA89, a trendline resistance, and, a R2 pivot wasn't far off either (1.1787). Looks like ...

habeeb replied Sep 21, 2005Thanx guys for the input. Sorry for the late reply. Had a good day today. 3 trades = +65. Closed all platforms and charts so that I don't get tempted to continue trading for the remaider of the day. I know I might have missed more good trades but ...

habeeb replied Sep 21, 2005Are we headed up. Anybody think we might hit the 1.8160 today. I hope so. Entered a second trade long off the bottom trendline, and exit with +26. Got a third trade still running. Limit = 1.8150. ...

habeeb replied Sep 21, 2005Darn, just not enough faith. I can't seem to stay in a trade for too long. Too afraid of loosing the profits that's there. Entered long earlier at 1.8049 using 4hr chart, and exit at 1.8080. That my daily 30 pips. Although I moved my stop to BE, I ...

habeeb replied Sep 20, 20051.8004 ... hmmmmmm... If I'm not mistaken, you openned that trade long before the news, didn't move your stop to breakeven, and kept the position open through the news release. You probably don't have anymore nails to bite on

habeeb replied Sep 20, 2005What he meant was (in this case) the second eye was not supposed to pass the high of the first eye. Iso, we were trying to predict the future when we posted our charts.

habeeb replied Sep 20, 2005I see you posted already ... you're quick. I'd most likely wait for a retrace. I've got no open positions at the moment. There's about 2hrs to go for FOMC, so not chancing anything. If the rate stays the same, we'll be heading up. If the rate ...

habeeb replied Sep 20, 2005Darn, just looked at the 4hr chart and there's a long pin bar here too, but just reversed. I'm suspecting the price to retrace to the 1.8040 area before FOMC, then we might be headed down (most likely another rate increase by 25), and headed up ...
