5sma is average price of last 5 bars. usually reflect "the real" Price. After any big jump, the price usualy retest 5sma... someone use 5sma, some 5ema...

Yes, the only one feed who works over the weekends is tenfore. pretty real. but until sunday can change few times. XE is only a money exchange service for money exchange shops, so the are not real, but they adjust everytime just before Sydney open. ...
