i might be wrong ... but i think tearing away means when a currency moves in opposite direction in 2 pairs like usd moves bull in 1 pair and bear in another and so creating a huge move in the corresponding crosses , example gbp usd is going down ...

1 bad news , 1 good news ... the bad news , oil dropping rather rapidly the good news , its not dragging euro at the same rate , which might mean there is a good support for euro at the current level ... but thats just my thought ...

actually it doesnt matter which specific position u close partially , ur resultant will be the same (balance + unrealized p&l) if u have 9,000 short eu totally on all position, n wanna close a third , u just need to buy 3000 manually , whichever ...

sir , you see during the course of today when yen and gbp were getting weaker against the dollar ,the euro resisted to get weaker (noone sellin euro when usd was gaining strength)... doesnt this mean the euro is currently at its weakest state ...

i consider 4.5 percents quite high , soros quant fund achieves 50% a yr but thats a fund and u use others money paul rotter i believe has 50% monthly return , so it really depends on individual risk appetite i guess ... remember 10% a month ...

it depends on how much percent of your equity is 120 pips ... my take is that u need to build your account along with your trading skill ... in the beginning try 1% profit a month , once that feels easy try 2% and keep on increasing that it till u ...
