Gold will likely retrace back to $1,215 before it starts climbing again. That level was a resistance, now it's a support.

Gold is testing $1,230, which is the (MA)89 indicator on the weekly time-frame. If it breaks out above that level there will probably be a significant move to the upside towards $1,300.

I am waiting to see whether Silver will break below 16.80. If it does it will likely continue dropping towards 16.40 and I will open a short position.
