Thanks for the insight slushfund. Pivots are definitely very important in S/R. The market nearly always bounces to some degree at them.

Yes, it can be, but you will get fewer signals. It may be better to do this on the smaller timeframes.

I must agree.. Always use stops. Losses are part of trading and will inevitably happen at some point. You need to keep losses small, never risk large losses and let profits run..

Yes, I use the daily chart, sometimes I enter at midnight server time, other times I use limit orders at support/resistance points. Depending on the charts. I never like to risk too many pips. Slkosier seems to be doing very well with the smaller ...

I prefer to wait until we have the close candle before using it as a signal. You can use it as soon as they cross but I have found it to be a less reliable signal

Yep, there are so many different ways to look at the charts. Often different ways conflict. I find it best to find my strategy and stick to it.
