usually its really a fix after the weekend, but with the pivot indicator, its been pretty accurate and if you notice, the price if more then the daily pivot has gradually drifted towards first resistance upwards .

Exit for longs is when the short trade is to be initialised or vice versa or as per the TP set by the individual trader, this i have left it open , as each traders style of taking profit is different.
