ODL is based on GMT 0 as well as IBFX... Western pair: 4 to 16 means,,, The EA will open trade only 12Pm to 12AM of Singapore time (GMT +8),,,, so if u use IBFX, I believe u dun need to do...any changes as they both based on GMT 0 neigbour island?? ...
