It moves the stop to BE once you hit 3.5 pips in profit. Then it follows price up each .1 pip, 3.5 pips behind price. TS = Trail Stop.

Get the TDX_Pivots indicator from the THV thread. It allows the user to customize the day start for calculating the current day open (as well as pivots which are not applicable to this method) and drawing a line for it.
