The rules for the method are on the chart. The charts show price in the zone and then price leaving the zone.

Cable Update (GBPUSD)

If you read the rules, you can then see what happened and anticipate what will happen next. When price is in one of the zones, price will usually leave the zone headed towards the other zone.
