I recommend no more than 60 pips on each basket of trades per pair. I'm flexible based on what I see. Discretion can work as as long as you don't over-shoot.

The Abs. Gain is based on the entirety of deposits that were made into the account. As you can see I deposited about 20k and withdrew 20k. Since my account is really small now, this number is low.

I'm with Steve here. You shouldn't use more than 2 pairs with a $1k 100/1 leverage account.
