Mostly I stay with my positions but yes sometimes I remove my limit orders in order to maintain free margin. There is no hard rule , all depends on PA.

Not really. I have big range. I create both buy and sell positions with 10 points gap(decimals are not counted). When more than six positions open for one side then I try to close them at BE or at minimum loss.
