C5 Daily line + MA1 and MA2. Also template with C5 Daily line in the main chart.

I just deleted some pairs and buttons from Gvc mq4 code because i dont want to make mistakes with 14 pairs buttons when i need C5 only, you can do the same But as i sad, i think maybe better to see all 14 pairs in the dash and delete only 14 ...
