I don't think there is any golden rule like that, but we just have to study the market and know when it will be suitable for the strategy/plan we have. That is why it is vital to study all there is about the market to a good extent.

When is not a good time to trade?

I listen to cool music, especially Sia, Ed sheeran and Passenger. It helps me relax and focused, even though am not trading I enjoy listening to very cool musics.
