It probably is. Hanging man appears in an uptrend price movement and the candlesticks from pairs mentioned above do look like hanging man. If it wasn't for the funny name of this candlestick I probably would never spot it

Funny enough, the hanging man developed on EUR/USD, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD, at least from what I can see (H4 charts).
