I know I typically wanted to just enter at the london/ny open with a large >7 candle. However it seems rare to even get in a trade that lets you out at breakeven. I will keep anaylsing this data still, maybe I will notice something

you gotta trade the open, after news, or when some support/resistance level is broken. Can't enter randomly when a big bar appears.

yeah leave those as is by the way. use 2 different MT4 brokers when you do this to make sure your data is accurate, or there might be some gaps. use ATR=1 to see which bars are >7

i dont have those files. just set the time to 00:00:05 and use systemtime=false. and then open up the M8 chart. make sure EA is enabled.

you need to enable DLLs first and put those 2 other files in your libraries directory of MT4

I am surprised you didn't get stopped out of this one. I put it at BE and I got stopped and then it completely reversed after 1 pip.
