3 wins, 1 loss, and 1 break-even this week: +187pips I had to branch out to other pairs as wasnt getting many trades on gbp.usd. As a short was called on that pair last week, but i didnt get in on it. Will update again next week.

Yes am demoing at the moment. Just missed a good short on the Gbp/usd, but will be patient. Trading off 4hr charts doesnt produce many trades, so hope the ones I get are good.

I find Oanda is dreadful for slippage for forex (unless you designate bounds, but you may miss a fill). However, i find them reasonable for commodity trades.

fxcm can be good or bad. They are a good starting point. But generally u'll graduate to other brokers. Alas, i havent found a good broker yet, just brokers who are good for a while, then become poor.

Yes, There are plenty of ways to lose money in forex. The last thing a trader wants to worry about is Counterparty risk! Stay away from these scammers. There are plenty of good brokers out there.
