Gold trade: If you've never counted how many breakouts of support and resistance retrace within the range before really breaking out, then you should, if you're serious about trading of course... or you can just look for a system on FF that works ...

im following along Newark... I think lots of people tried to figure out exactly what Skunny was doing, some might of succeeded but i think most went on to develop their own style of using the fibs and the extensions... imho the best two things ...

its always important whatever way you trade... first job everytime you open you chart is to zoom out and see where the order flow is... who is controlling this market? the bulls or the bears? are we at or near a significant high/low? if you trade ...

well i suppose you can say trend.... i will look at a 4hr tf, making higher highs and higher lows, order flow is long, look for long swings on the 1hr to fib...

Newark for the time based fibs you really need to be around for london and new york open.. but swing fibs work equally as well, just make sure you know the order flow and where price is most likely to head,
