Strategy tester Visual gone!

Hi, I got a problem in my strategy tester on several machines with different brokers: The visual mode check box is gone! Is there any idea how it can be fixed?!

Already setup the 103.22a on Demo and 103.22 on Live! EURUSD, USDJPY, AUDUSD, GBPUSD Symmetry with Grid increment 70 pips, all other settings are default.
