i put a filter on the system to not take trades when ATR is above 0.004..... thus keeping it out of volatile markets. (it looks for smooth trends made of tiny candlesticks) That fixed my DD problem for the past week....

i did not remove any strategies, but i did add one a few months ago. here is the performance from Jan 1, 2001 to the present date. that is 18,800 pips total (after spreads and rollover premiums) i am up 2,200 pips this year.
