Its just a round number, no one is saying it will stop exactly at that level on the pip and reverse, no one can predict to the exact pip so we use round numbers as a ball park area.

I have found it easier to do your analysis on the TF you are going to trade on, sure zoom out to get the bigger picture, but to be trying to line up all the timeframes will lead to analysis paraylsis. Keep it simple

Yeah a big BUOB move up but at a swing high, and it closed right on 1.4, not really above it, I can see a retrace to 1.3750, before it moved north again. I know this would be counter trend so stops have to be tighter.
