They're definitely trying to slowly creep it up there without attracting too much attention/reaction from Sellers.

Buyers are getting a foothold finally. A push above and holding ground above 1.3925 would be good to see before jumping in. A quick selloff to 1.3900 possible until then...we'll see right now.

Ditto on Oanda. BTW: Stop hunting by banks? Sure. AKA business as usual. I've attached a 30 sec. chart to show that there was plenty of time to either jump out of the way...or better yet join the hunting party.
