The dashboard will only show arrows on PIN3 (after being properly configured) if there are alerts at MADdash side. Can you confirm if your MADdashPIN is showing alerts already?

Your MT4 doesn't have enough history, please run (in the chart) the included script to load historical data and make sure it ends with no errors before proceeding.
