1:1 leverage does not determine your risk. Also you cannot risk 100% of the account because you will get margin called prior to reaching zero. The amount you risk is determined by the lot size and your stop size.

Because of my low risk per trade trading style sleeping is not a problem. If I am wrong I only have to think about losing 0.5% of the account.
