You're right, the pair has almost reached the support at 1.2660. Even if it breaks below that support first there will likely be a retracement first. I for one will be opening longs soon.

I tentatively opened a long position and my target is at 1.1300. I wouldn't open other longs before it breaks above 1.1320.

EURUSD

USD/CAD found some support at 1.2750 and it may retrace back to 1.2850 and above, but I don't think this is the end of the bearish trend. I think I'll just use the retracement to open more shorts.
