u can do your own custom timeframes using period converter. then for example when you create your 2 hour timeframe you will find engulfing bars that you would not have found on the other timeframe.... point is that engulfing bars only are for that ...

i do not think it is that way now...otherwose it would always have a sync index reading, regardless of settings.......if i'm not mistaken, reading jasons post above, it is tied to the other stuff so that it does not work independantly
