This week I took the breakout of the WCC on USD/CAD with two positions, I took profit on the first one at first resistance and moved my stop to break even. The second position I put the target shy of my next BB resistance. That said, after reading ...

Thanks for the feedback strat. I've been reluctant to jump ahead in the old thread, but think I'll have to re: strat shadow. What is the answer to the question you have to ask on the Big Boss? In identifying support and resistance levels for ...

Alright, lets see if I'm on the right track here with an example. I'm currently following about a dozen pairs, and I've been getting in the routine of doing my analysis on the weekend for the week ahead. I'm now going over and starting from a empty ...

Thank you strat. A big part of why I was happy to find this thread was feedback like this, to know I'm on the right track (or not!) of identifying where I'm going wrong and right. Still slugging away at the old thread slowly, a few pages at a time, ...

Ok, trying a different browser seem to let me upload charts. USD/CAD: Entered short on the break of the 9th Feb candle, took a loss on it for nearly my full stop. Whooo.... where to start. Crappy candle, not a lower high, and first support too close ...

Strat, just remember if you tear all your hair out you're not bald. You become a solar powered love machine! Now I was going to put up my recent trades with my comments on what went on but the attachment buttons are just taking me back to the home ...

Strat, forgive me if this has been answered in the old thread, I've been taking my time reading it and I'm up to page 205. What's your take on simulators? Are they useful in learning this stuff?

Thank you strat, I suspect this is something we could have an enjoyable discussion have for a couple of hours over beverages. It's quite amazing the crab in a bucket mentality some people seem to have. Anyway, I'll do some digging and try to find ...

Precursor: I rewrote this a couple of times, and debated posting it, thinking it's a fair bit out of my lane, so strat, I'll get rid of it if you say so before the edit time runs out. Strat I think this is related to probably the most important part ...

Thank you strat, I tend to sneak up on people humor wise. They see this generally severe, stoic type and just about cack themselves when I nail the humor in something unexpectedly. Hope you don't mind a bit of slang here and there, although you may ...

Alright, I suspect Strat will peg exactly where I am in development as a trader, so here goes. I started trading with stocks, using a breakout system from an Australian bloke. Been successful at it for the past few years, in that I've not lost money ...

Honestly I saw the hammer a couple of days ago, and rejected it as a trade because I didn't see a good place to take profit. Taking it at last reversal would've netted slightly less than 1:1 for my chart, if I stuck to the point I'm up to in the old ...

Strat, I'm still reading the old thread but have got past an example of trend trading, and you talk about what I would call empathic price action in the right location to signal the possible end of the trend. Is this NZD/USD hammer the sort of thing ...

Can you compress them all into a .zip or .rar small enough to upload? There's a few programs easily available to do that and access them after. If they're mostly text that might work.

Thank you for the expaination. I by no means take anything posted as a trade recommendation, I was interested as to why you took the GBP/NZD instead given what I saw on the EUR/NZD.

Seeing you've posted the GBP/NZD, do you think I'm on the right track with the EUR/NZD chart I posted a couple of pages back? url <- link, realized I forgot to post the weekly, apologies. Posting here for reference.

Something more like this? Weekly closed as a hammer as well, off the lower trendline and support. So the safe way to trade it would be a break and retrace of my upper trendline? Should have broken above the strat shadow if that happens.
