nondisclosure00 replied Sep 2, 2007In the system, you need all 3 to line up. But you enter/exit on daily. It allows for big profits and small losses. Am I remembering correctly in that you were looking at using another w/ the MA's on TEB3? If so, hows that going?

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 30, 2007No prob. I could try to explain it, but I wouldn't do anywhere's near of a good job as TEB does in explaining it. Here's the link: url Manually, it works great. Because even though the rules are met, maually you wouldn't get into a trade if there ...

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 29, 2007LOL. You have been away a while. I asked TEB about that sometime ago. He was thinking about it too. I would still use the TEB3 timeframes w/ D1 the entry and exit. What about 1433 and 533 Stoch's? Haven't mapped them yet to my charts and compared to ...

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 28, 2007TEB3, I follow the system strictly, 4H/D/W while taking and closing the trades in D. Anything else, I typically use 1H/4H/D while taking and closing on the 4H. I trade TEB3 almost exclusively because I like the wide TF's. I like them because a) I ...

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 28, 2007I love the movie too. I like the quote he has when he's on his float tossing money. "Who do ya trust .... ?" I don't think TEB got the eBook out yet. But I'm not sure. I've been hanging in this thread for some time and haven't seen it yet. Using his ...

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 28, 2007I take them as they come. SL at 50, no TP; let it ride, exit when you think you should or wait for cross. TS of 25.

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 27, 2007I'm finalizing some testing on it. Should be ready soon. It won't work on smaller TF's becuase I haven't put in code to stay out of the markets during consolidation or MA crosses. Not so much of an issue at the big TF's as it is on the smaller ones.

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 17, 2007Nice. I'd not use your indicator in your EA. Just use iStochastic in your EA. It'll save you code and it'll save you headache when you start looking for logic errors. Did you want me to look at your EA and change some code?

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 16, 2007I've been using 50 w/ entry and exit on the daily. I'm not sure why your having problems. Espicially w/ all USD pairs. W/ the US stock market in such wicked flux, most of the USD pairs have been tanking (I've been making some good pips on this trend ...

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 16, 2007TEB3. TEB1 is more of a guideline w/ some examples of which 'tools' you could use. Which set in his examples are you using for entry? Yeah, I took my U/J at 404 pips. Would have had more if I would have held on.

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 16, 2007Already did. Forward testing now. But I've got to admit, an EA for TEB3 is almost pointless. The TF's are large enough that you can eyeball it in the morning before you go to work and then once again before you go to bed.
BTW, I've got 400+ pips ...TEB sytstem

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 14, 2007I know, I ran into the same thing. I'm working on debugging and Superalf has given me some awesome code feedback that I have yet to incorporate. If you can code, feel free to look at it and make any changes. It's there for everyone to use.

nondisclosure00 replied Aug 9, 20073 helpful hints when trading live: 1. ALWAYS use a stoploss. set it for what your risk tolerance is. 2. Use a Trailing Stop. This will help you lock in profits just in case you miss when the market goes against your trade. 3. Never risk more that ...
