It is like the property market, sharemarket ,in fact any market. It comes and goes in waves. Some larger than others. If you can pick up at the start of a wave then you stand to gain and I think we are coming to one of those crossovers.

I disagree. I think the DOW Theory is correct. History repeats itself. The author needs to go back in history a bit further than a couple of years.

I disagree. Ive said for a long time that the crunch will start 2018-19and will bottom out around 2024. Ive planned for that and cashed up my property portfolio just lately. It will be interesting to see if I am correct.
