Yes, it's a Z-Line, just once-removed. The original retrace back was too strong and didn't revisit straight away, waiting instead till this later move. You could also simply look at it as a Supply Zone.

That's a Z-Line, so not an automatic short by any means and you should have a method to show if price is going to close over/close under that level before going blindly in. Don't be one of the sheep. Just out of interest, which way did it go?
