4exNinja replied Mar 13, 2013Short since 1.2993, SL already at BE. Might get kicked out but I'll let it run. Not after 20pip gains, hoping for a break towards 1.2950 before I consider closing it. If it kicks me out at BE, so be it

4exNinja replied Mar 13, 2013Tough to back test women...some of the "characteristics" can only be found out after a while. Forward testing beats back testing. Although, you can look at their moms allowing you to figure out how things will likely turn out (at least in respects ...

4exNinja replied Mar 13, 2013Well yeah, the moves are generally stronger in pips terms...but I still think you shouldn't just arbitrarily set a stop loss. Base it on something (technical/fundamental/whatever). The more you automate this the less likely "personal feelings" come ...

4exNinja replied Mar 13, 2013Depends a lot on the market...Cambridge, Oxford and Bath for example are highly sought after even by large funds. Secondary and tertiary markets like Bradford though are screwed, but you still find buyers (especially Indian buyers at the moment) who ...

4exNinja replied Mar 12, 2013I never blew an account (yet) because I analyzed risk the same way I do it for my real estate day job...but one thing I learned early at uni (and by looking at hundreds of hotel projects) is that GREED is the enemy of a good investor. It might go ok ...

4exNinja replied Mar 12, 2013Yup, still very beneficial. If on the H4 Damiani tells me not to trade, I know all I can do is trade on lower timeframes. Same goes for H1...if Damiani says "do not trade" I'll drop down to M15, and maybe even M5 if I'm up for scalping.
