its my own creation. Basically its a combination of price, volume and standard deviation. Its not good for predicting. Its great for seeing what the current situation is. I actually only use it if im in doubt and need some confirmation.

and what happens if UK and USA make a great deal that the EURO-zone cant compete with? This brexit thing could turn out to be great for UK and terrible for Europe... On top of all the other issues Europe has, i wouldn't be surprised to see parity ...

the euro is weaker than usd on week basis on day basis, today, eur is stronger than usd. Hence the indecision. Liquidity on the usd is LOW.

EURUSD is at that spot where I always become unsure: Either M5 is the start af a new wave upward or the Higher frames (H1, M30) are pulling back for another big run downward. Best to wait. I hate waiting. lol
