True, but not all the time. Sometimes if all banks are in agreement they will have a hard time manipulating this.

On the positive side. A bullish pennant has formed on AUD/JPY. Being the F's MM's are though, they might first attempt a false breakout to the downside (gap fill) then push this thing up hard.
