FMA, see chart attached. 1.Price stops at Daily S2 pivot. Then 2. Price takes out the daily open. Now it's sitting doing nothing, waiting for news. Previous day did similar, went up then retraced and stayed for a while at one level.

That first target in your image is the weekly open too. Would you stay in the position after being 20 pips up to now be in drawdown to then see the target out? Or would you take break even? GJ did that in NY after equities open. Or would you only ...

It's also 50% of the previous day's range. Range shift is pretty simple in hindsight so the only way I can see the drop is price was in a trend.

I agree, trade what works for thee. I enjoy buying more than previously as I would prefer shorting, now it's both. Evolved I might have! Is the algo one or many and how do the banks use one algo if it isn't many?
