Standard settings 'cause they work just fine. Under some circumstances slightly different settings sometimes work slightly better, but overall it's not worth changing them. Tested it on 6 pairs.

On the M5 charts I tend to want both Trix below the 0.00000 line before entering. That's when you have confirmation that the move will be sustained for a bit...otherwise you're playing a bit of a guessing game imo.
