In general, what would be the time frame of forward testing on an EA be suffice to reach a conclusion?

Both of them work for me. As for the settings, i use 15,3,0 for EU, GU, EJ & GJ. Hope it helps.

As to what you have described above, i've come across such problem. What i did was to click the attachment icon on the top right corner of the thread and download from there. It works most of the time. Just my observations.
