Sure. Anything you want: ADX,RSIOMA/DDS or stochs More shorter the timeframe, the more precise is your entry. Ex: Setup on H4,jump to M15 or M5 (your preference) and wait for the conditions to met for an entry.

Depends where you based your entry. If you decided to enter on H1,you exit on H1. If you decided to enter on H4,you made a mistake because adx is still powered on. Understood?
